Verscheidene bands slaagden er dit jaar in mij tweemaal te bekoren: The Vaccines, Noah And The Whale, The Strokes, Das Pop, Adele en Fleet Foxes.

Voor de single van het jaar hoef ik niet lang te twijfelen: enkel The Black Keys kwamen nog in de buurt, maar Gotye kaapt die prijs weg, én hij leverde ook de favoriet van mijn kinderen dit jaar :
